Information Security Policy Statement

 

Central Lab SA is committed to the effective operation and continuous improvement of the Information Security Management System (ISMS) in order to protect the Confidentiality, Integrity and Availability of Information, according to the following scope:

 

Provision of primary health care diagnostic services:

Management and Handling of biological material and conduction of laboratory diagnostic analyzes on biological samples, imaging tests, laboratory cardiac examination and neurophysiology tests.

 

According to the requirements of

• The international Standard ISO/IEC 27001:2013
• The National, European and international legislation

 

Based on the above, Central Lab A.E.:

• Designs, implements and continuously improves Policies, Procedures, Technical and Organizational Measures related to Information Security.
• Trains and continuously informs the personnel and suppliers involved in the provision of the services
• Formulates objectives and appropriate indicators to measure the effectiveness of the Management System.
• Provides the appropriate working environment and continuously provides the appropriate resources to achieve the goals it sets.
